This page is maintained by the FloRoster team to explain how we handle your data. It's written in plain language, not legalese.
What we store
Account details you give us (name, email, company, profile info), the jobs and crew you create in your workspace, messages sent inside FloRoster, and payment metadata (amounts, statuses, invoice references — not full card numbers). Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store card details.
Where it's stored
Your data lives in a secure managed backend hosted in the EU, with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is scoped so users on other workspaces can't see your data.
How we use it
To run the product — show you your jobs and crew, deliver notifications, process payments, and respond to support. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal data. Email support@floroster.com and we'll action it within a reasonable timeframe.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (like light/dark mode). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
